As an expert on leading integrated marketing campaigns, this role will be responsible for developing and leading campaigns that support product, sales, and commercial objectives. The role will partner with the product line management, sales, and marketing teams to identify the strategy, goals, campaign KPI’s, and tactical tools in support of campaign initiatives. The Marketing Campaign Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers within their assigned areas of oversight, serving as the liaison between the commercial teams and marketing organization. The individual must be comfortable and successful in a matrix/shared resource environment where success will often be determined by building strong relationships, leading through influence, and excelling in a team first environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with commercial teams to development to develop B2B marketing campaigns that support the growth of Nexeo Plastics and key suppliers focused on customer activation and customer loyalty.
  • Create and manage campaigns that deliver multiple touchpoints along the customer journey.
  • Drive digital and offline campaigns to increase sales pipelines that convert to revenue.
  • Influence marketing content strategy in terms of the customer experience for various target audiences across email, advertising, website, webinars, newsletters, social media, paid channels and blog.
  • Oversee the process, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Present regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Ensure brand identity and position adhered to across all campaigns.
  • Provide input on tradeshows, message strategy, promotions, and lead generation tactics
  • Leverage shared resources as a member of a larger marketing team, serving as both an internal client and partner of colleagues depending on situation.
  • Serve as an advisor to colleagues in helping to identify new and innovative solutions or processes for the overall marketing team.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience.
  • 2 years of product marketing or sales experience in plastics industry preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with a working understanding of digital marketing, account-based marketing, media relations, trade show execution, and other areas in support of multichannel efforts.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing terms and strategies to collaborate on best practices for SEO, SEM and PPC
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while successfully handling multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in matrix environment across commercial teams
  • Ability to lead by influence and credibility
