We are hiring an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to contribute to the deployment of the Company’s ecommerce strategy. This role will focus on working in cross-matrixed environment, supporting the business in launching its ecommerce marketing strategy for its thermoplastics business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support commercial team in implementing technology, new products, images and pricing for ecommerce store front.
  • Understand and recommend best practices of CSS and HMTL impact to ecommerce business strategy.
  • Collaborate and develop ecommerce marketing campaigns across all digital channels—email, web, social media and organic/paid search advertising—to attract qualified audiences and optimize customer experiences.
  • Suggest and execute ecommerce marketing strategy across digital channels, including product text, images, metadata, alt text and tags.
  • Maintain and update product and marketing content for ecommerce website.
  • Use Google Analytics and other third-party tools to analyze results and understand effectiveness of digital marketing programs and recommend conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to maintain weekly social meeting calendar specific to ecommerce.
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of ecommerce website

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience in ecommerce marketing role

Requirements:

  • Prior ecommerce experience
  • Proven experience in executing successful digital campaigns designed to support optimized online sales strategies that either met or exceeded established goals.
  • Ability to build, design, test and execute digital ad campaigns
  • Certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS.
  • Experience gathering and reporting metrics on marketing efforts
  • Thorough understanding of user experience optimization.
  • Strong writing and communications skills.
  • Organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects and assets with accuracy.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment.
