As a Corporate Account Solutions Specialist, you will be partnered with Corporate Account Managers (CAM) and be assigned strategic and global corporate accounts to drive growth and profitability. You will be responsible for entering and managing the customers’ orders completely including all problem solving and follow up. You will work closely with the Corporate Account Manager and interface with multiple departments within Nexeo Plastics as well as with the customer directly to exceed the needs of the customer and the Corporate Account Manager.

 Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide premier service and support to our top strategic and global accounts.
  • Work closely and in partnership with the sellers and CSRs who support the local corporate account locations.
  • Adhering to standard work procedures, manages customer orders from inception to close; provides pricing and delivery information; enters orders into SAP, confirms orders and delivery dates and follows-up on all customer orders and inquiries. 
  • Assist the CAM during the quote process from start to finish, including pre-quote analysis, pre-quote conference calls, data gathering, submission of quote, and award implementation (CDF’s, Opportunities, CSP’s, Supports, Credit, CPI’s).
  • Work closely with Corporate Account Manager to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Receive and track corrective action notice for your accounts. Review them with the Corporate Account Manager and respond back to the customer with a professional and timely action.
  • Independently manage customer price requests on new products that are not currently on their price letter.
  • Partner with Corporate Account Manager in completion of strategic account plans. Work closely with the Corporate Account Manager to provide the tools needed to create, manage and meet their account budgets.
  • Support Corporate Account Manager with monthly account reviews.
  • Maintain integrity of customer master data

Position Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Purchasing, or Sales
  • Must be proficient in Salesforce.com
  • Expert level experience with SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and balance priorities for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with customer facing deadlines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop lasting working relationships and deep trust with customers and Corporate Account Managers
