Basic Purpose

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning team to optimize stocking locations
  • Support the Supply Planning & Procurement team in establishing and monitoring
    • Inventory Stocking strategies
    • Inventory Policies
      • Safety Stock
      • Cycle Stock / Replenishment Lot Sizes
      • Special Deals, Pre-buys
    • Inventory metrics to support
      • Continuous Improvement
      • Reporting – Scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly), Ad hoc
    • Inventory targets across product segments and suppliers
  •  Data Analysis

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience & Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Supply Chain preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience
  • Strong SAP knowledge (PP and MM expert; SD awareness)
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is desirable
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Access and PowerPoint expertise required

  • Strong Oral and written communication, including the ability to present at the leadership level
  • Organizational agility – Ability to work with all levels of the organization

  • Process oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
